You are PREGNANT, wow, feels wonderful, right? You know this is 1 of The Most wonderful times in a women's life. Inside your womb, you are creating your own bundle of joy, your baby. For no reason at all, you keep on grinning & smiling to yourself. Its like falling in Love, you just cant stop thinking about the baby. You keep checking on the internet sites about baby's progress.
Your face is glowing & your hair is growing longer & thicker. Everyone around you is spoiling you rotten. " Dont carry weights, dont bend like that, will you stop running, come sit comfortably, keep a pillow behind your back, want me to do something for you, get you something special to eat? " Some do's & donts & a lot of pampering. Enjoy it, these are your days & months, they do not come very often.
Lots of changes happening, the biggest change is the way in which your body is developing. As the days progress you find your clothes are not fitting you too well & this makes you uncomfortable. Its only when your existing clothes stop fitting that you should go to shop for maternity clothes. Many young to be moms do come very excitedly to buy maternity clothes as soon as their pregnancy is confirmed. Very gently I request them to come back when their pre pregnancy clothes become tight.
Its very important for your baby's proper growth & well being that you my dear mom, be happy & comfortable at all times, this has been proven scientifically also. So be happy, as " A Happy Mommy Makes A Happy Baby".
Listen to soft music, read good books, eat yummy food, do whatever it takes to keep yourself happy & relaxed.
